Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival at Bangalore / Mysore – Transfer to Mysore
On arrival at Bangalore or Mysore Airport/Railway Station, our Aarambha Holidays representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to Mysore. Begin your sightseeing tour with:
- Srirangapatna – A sacred island formed by River Kaveri, home to the renowned Ranganathaswamy Temple.
- Ganjam Village – Famous for rose cultivation and traditional Gulkand. Visit the historic Sri Nimishamba Temple by the riverside.
- Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace – Known for its mural paintings and gardens.
- Mysore Palace (Amba Vilas Palace) – A masterpiece of architecture, art, and culture, featuring Raja Ravi Varma's paintings, ivory carvings, and a grand Durbar Hall. Evening illumination and sound & light show available on specific days.
- Palace Complex Temples – Includes Someshwara Temple, Lakshmi Ramana Temple, Shwetha Varahaswamy Temple, Bhuvaneshwari Temple, and more, some dating back to the 14th century.
